Houston – we’ve had a problem!

I love the look on astronaut Jack Swigert’s face as he returns from the ill-fated Apollo 13 mission. Doesn’t that knowing glance just say: “We just dodged a bullet!”

 

If you are having your own version of technical troubles with any EngageRx products – this page is the starting point for solving them!

Here are three simple starting points to get you back on track:

  1. If you are a registered user experiencing technical difficulties accessing the program – start with our support FAQ.
  2. One of the most frequent problems participants experience is that emails from our system get filed in your junk mail. One easy way to prevent that is by adding me – Jill – to your contacts in Outlook. To do that, click here then choose “open with Microsoft Outlook”, then save and close my contact record. Easy peasy!
