- One of the most frequent problems participants experience is that emails from our system get filed in your junk mail. One easy way to prevent that is by adding me – Jill – to your contacts in Outlook. To do that, click here then choose “open with Microsoft Outlook”, then save and close my contact record. Easy peasy!
