Dan Pink, one of the top 15 business thinkers in the world (as determined by Thinkers 50) shares great insight to the puzzle of motivation. He shows us that social scientists know what most managers don’t: Traditional rewards aren’t always as effective as we think. Dan’s lessons are extremely valuable for us in pharma.
